Blue Ruff Pet Lodge opened late in 2025 and is a full-service boarding & grooming facility just north of Amery, WI. We are already experiencing grooming demand well beyond our current capacity. We're looking for an experienced, compassionate pet groomer to help us expand our grooming services.

About the team: Woof Gang Bakery Plymouth gives you maximum freedom to schedule the number of dogs that works for you. You are under no pressure to add dogs and possibly jeopardize the quality of your work. You can expect to earn $60K–$95K+ per year (including 50% commission and tips). Annual wage will vary based on hours worked, commission, and experience. Let us take care of the phones and the booking — we give our experienced groomers all the autonomy they need to manage their own time.

Qualifications: Minimum one year of experience grooming pets independently in a professional environment is preferred, or certification of completion from a reputable grooming school.

Now hiring an experienced Bather and Pet Groomer to join our paw-some team. We are a neighborhood salon with 6 grooming tables that prioritizes safety and quality, scheduling one pup per groomer/bather at a time. We have a fabulous retail/scheduling team that manages all the booking requests so our grooming staff can focus on pampering pups. We value quality over quantity; there is no quota or pressure.

Groomer — expectations
